Vice President for Academic Affairs
Dave holds a B.A. degree from Haverford College and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.Â
He teaches a wide range of computer science courses and has particular teaching and research interests related to Human Computer Interaction and pen-based computing. Dave also teaches interdisciplinary courses related to design. He holds three United States Patents and is the originator of a pen-based instructional technology software system that is the basis of the commercial system now known as DyKnow.
Student Affairs
Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students
John Mark holds a doctorate in education from Vanderbilt University. He has two master’s degrees, one in media and communication with a focus on theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and the other in journalism from Texas Christian University.
He comes from Oklahoma State University, where he has been the director of leadership and campus life for seven years, overseeing student engagement initiatives such as fraternity and sorority life, student activities and the Student Government Association. He also has overseen orientation, international students and scholars, career development and student basic needs.

Vice President for Institutional Equity
Dionne holds a master’s degree in education, with an emphasis on secondary leadership, from the University of Central Arkansas and a doctorate of education, with an emphasis on curriculum and instruction, from Baylor University.
She comes from the mayor’s office in Little Rock, Arkansas, where she has spent the past year as the city’s inaugural chief equity officer. She previously was vice president for diversity and inclusion, chief diversity officer and a tenured associate professor of education at her undergraduate alma mater, Hendrix College, a liberal arts institution in Conway, Arkansas.

Vice President for Development and Alumni Engagement
Amy earned her bachelor's degree in Computer Science at ÌÇÐÄVlog in 1993 and a master's degree in Public Affairs, with a concentration in non-profit management from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.Â
Amy served as the Vice President of Development at the Indianapolis Children's Museum for seven years. Prior to that, she spent twelve years as Executive Director of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Indiana Chapter.Â

Mary Beth received her bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame and earned an MBA from Butler University, where she worked as associate director of admission for eight years before heading to Lawrence in Appleton, Wisconsin, in 2012.
Communications and Marketing
Vice President for Communications and Strategy and Chief of Staff
Sarah serves as the Chief of Staff to President White and vice president for communications and strategy. In her most recent role, Sarah worked with Dr. White at Washington University in St. Louis as the Assistant Dean for Educational and Strategic Initiatives.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Wells College, a Master of Science Degree in Health Education from Ithaca College, and a Doctorate in Education from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Sarah is joined in Greencastle by her husband Tim.
Finance and Administration
Vice President for Finance and Administration
Andrea earned a Ph.D. in mathematics at the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor’s degree in math, with a minor in Italian, from Pennsylvania State University. As a professor, Young won several teaching awards; published many peer-reviewed articles; and was principal investigator for a National Science Foundation grant aimed at improving undergraduate STEM education.
She was interim president of Ripon College since January 2022, having been appointed to the interim position as Ripon’s Board of Trustees searches for a new president. She has held a variety of administrative roles at Ripon over the last 11 years, including vice president for finance and director of strategic initiatives, which she had held since July 2019, dean of faculty, special assistant to the president and liaison to the board of trustees.
